403,478. Exhaust-pipes. BIRMING- HAM SMALL ARMS CO., Ltd., and PERKINS, H., Armoury Road, Small Heath, Birmingham. Sept. 6, 1932, No. 24770. [Class 7 (ii).] Twin exhaust-pipes 8 are fixed to a cylinder head by split sleeves 5, which embrace the pipes and are strained together by a sleeve 2 which engages, by right and left-hand threads, eye bolts 1 connected to the sleeves 5 by their clamping screws 7. The sleeves 5 have cooling fins 9, and the sleeve 2, lock nuts 4.
