[Class 86.] Mixing-apparatus, more particularly for carrying out chemical reactions, comprises a chamber G furnished with a number of beater shafts I and baffles K, J beneath and over which the material must pass. Solid and liquid materials are fed by a worm B and pipe C, and gas escapes by a pipe X. The treated material is discharged by a worm L.
