Abstract
379,056. Current transformers. INTERNATIONAL GENERAL ELECTRIC CO., Inc., 120, Broadway, New York, U.S.A. -(Assignees of Allgemeine Elektricitõts Ges. ; 2, Friedrich Karl-Ufer, Berlin.) July 17, 1931, No. 20550. Convention date, July 18, 1930. [Class 38 (ii).] A bushing insulator, particularly for use with straight conductor current transformers, is formed in sections 3, 4, 5 cemented together, an inner tubular section 3 extending the whole length of the conducting core, and outer sections 4, 5 concentrically surrounding the inner section 3. The outer sections 4, 5 are formed with parts of reduced cross section which abut against one another, Fig. 1. or against a shoulder 8 formed on the inner section, Fig. 2.
