375,694. Cartons for chocolate &c, TUTTON, G. A., Dingle Nook, Hockerley Lane, Whaley Bridge, near Stockport, and SQUIRREL CHOCOLATE & CONFECTIONERY CO., Ltd., Brighton Road, Didsbury Road, Stockport. Dec. 7, 1931, No, 33841. [Class 18.] A carton for bars of chocolate &c. comprises two parts 1, 2 arranged telescopically and connected together so that complete separation of the parts in the extended condition is positively prevented. As shown the outer part 1 is provided with a pair of oppositely-disposed flaps 5 extending thereinto and adapted to engage with similar flaps 6 extending outwards of the part 2. Access to the bar of chocolate &c. is obtained by opening the end closing flap 3 and as the bar is consumed the parts 1, 2 are pressed together to facilitate access to the remaining portion of the bar.
