Abstract

A composition consists, in percentage proportions, of rubber 40-50, fillers 20-40, fibres of any kind 10-20, glue 2-5, glycerine 1-2, accelerator 0,5-1 and sulphur 5-12 per cent of the rubber. The composition is useful for piston packings and valve flaps, being resistant to oil.
