[Class 52 (ii).] An adjustable sliding seat for a motor vehicle comprises two or more flanged channels b fixed to the underside of the seat a and containing rollers f, tracks g on the floor, the edges h of the tracks slidably embracing the flanges c of the channels b, and a notched or perforated lever i, beneath the seat and at a suitable distance from the channels, for engaging a peg l to secure the seat in adjusted position. The lever i may be pivoted, or may be a resilient member fixed at one end to the underside of the seat.
