421,835. Floor mats. PETRIE, F. H., 142, Wrotham Road. Gravesend, Kent. July 21, 1933, No. 20549. [Class 142 (iv)] Floor, door, and motor-car step mats comprise upper and lower flexible portions, H, J, which may be of rubber, the upper portion having an abrasive surface and being perforated &c. to allow dust, &c. to pass through it on to the lower portion. This may comprise a shallow tray. The upper portion may fit snugly in this tray, and may have upwardly and downwardly projecting ribs, &c., or it may have a downwardly extending rim engaging with a lower sheet member.
