366,694. Rubber boots. DUNKER, H. C. L., 1, TegnÚrsgatan, Helsingborg, Sweden. Jan. 17, 1931, No. 1635. [Class 17 (ii).] A filling piece or core 1 of wood cellulose, leather waste, or other fibrous material bonded by rubber or other adhesive is employed for lightness in the construction of the heel part of a press-moulded rubber boot or shoe with high heel. The edge of the upper 6 or lining is drawn over a last 4 and stuck down on an insole 5 on the last. The filling piece 1 covered with rubber 3 is then placed on the heel end of the insole, and an outer sole 8 and rubber band or ring 9 for the galoshing are assembled, as shown and pressed between the last 4 and the sole mould 10 and side moulds which press the sides and back portion.
