365,464. Shock-absorbers. BRON, A., 9, Regentesseweg, Zandvoort, Holland. May 22, 1931, No. 15202. [Class 108 (iii).] In a friction shock-absorber for vehicles comprising two rotatable interconnected levers 11, 16, secured to two points on the vehicle the lever 16 having a disc-shaped part 3 clamped between similar parts 1, 2 on the lever 11 by means of star-springs 7, 8 acting on the discs 2, 3, the co-operating friction surfaces of the disc-shaped parts comprise parts of helical surfaces all shaped in the same sense, that is all as right or all as left-handed helices. The supporting bolt 4 is fixed to the part 3 which is provided with a flange 13 bolted to rings 14, 15 integral with the lever 16.
