356,032. Frictional pocket igniters. CORTADA, F., 32, Granados, Barcelona, Spain. Nov. 7, 1930, No. 33514. Convention date, June 4. [Class 75 (iii).] In an igniter in which the friction-wheel 3 is operated by the opening of a pivoted cover 5, a spring 8 for effecting the opening movement is wound on the axle 4 of the wheel 3 so as to extend through the wheel with its ends 8<1>, 8<2>3 bearing against the casing 1 and the cover 5 respectively. The wheel 3 is mounted rotatably on a sleeve 11 surrounding the coils of the spring. The sleeve 11 carries two discs 10, 10<1>, having a flat edge engaging the cover and held by the flanged ends of the sleeve against the side faces of the wheel. In the form shown, the wheel 3 is provided with an internal driving spring 9 secured to the disc 10. In other forms, one of the discs 10, 10<1> is cut to form a pawl for engaging notches in a side face of the wheel,
