Abstract

352,783. Induction coils. BOSCH AKT.-GES. R., 4, Militõrstrasse, Stuttgart, Germany. Aug. 22, 1930, No. 25099. Convention date, Aug. 23, 1929. [Class 38 (ii).] A yoke-piece for induction coil cores is formed by winding strip metal into a coil, Fig. 2, and pressing the coil into a U-shaped member, Fig. 3, a number of such members 3 being sprung into position over the winding 2, Fig. 1, of the induction coil so as to complete the magnetic circuit for the core 1. The completed coil is housed in a metal casing 4 containing an insulating filling and carrying terminals 9 and a series resistance 10 on its lid.
