Abstract
343,739. Folding baby carriages. RICHARDS, O. L., 100, Somerset Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham. Feb. 17, 1930, No. 5221. [Class 108 (i).] A folding baby carriage comprises a lower frame a, b, an upper frame c, connecting jointed struts d, e, a horizontal link f connecting the jointed struts and a constraining link g connecting the upper part d of one strut to the lower part e of the other strut at each side, the frames and link mechanism being enclosed by a flexible body covering and one of the jointed struts at each side being extended at k and linked by a bar j to a pivoted handle i for operating the folding. A projection m is provided as shown to facilitate the action.
