Abstract
330,632. Chapoix, L. March 14, 1929. Moulds. - An adjustable and demountable mould for casting shouldered reinforced concrete beams in situ or otherwise consists of two sides 7, 8 adjustable by shoes or guide blocks 9 which are clamped by nuts 12 in slots 10 in a base 21, and an upper part 13, 14 adjustable vertically by bolts 15 which engage grooves 17. The part 13, 14 is first removed, and the sides 7, 8 are spaced by rods 18 which are removed from the top part and placed in the grooves 17; when the mould is nearly full, the top part is added and the rods 18 are transferred thereto. The mould is closed lengthwise by two slidable ends.
