Abstract

276,707. Godenir, A. Feb. 28, 1927. Moulding floors in situ.-Hollow floors are cast in situ by the use of wedge-shaped mould boxes which are placed on a foundation s supported from beneath by shuttering supports consisting of tubular members d capable of adjustment lengthwise. The bases of the members are constituted by bolts b having beads which are received in apertures in spanner-like bars a which rest on the floor below and prevent rotation of the bolts during adjustment for height. The uprig.its are cross-stayed by members h. Concrete for the floor is run in up to the level of the tops of the cores and allowed to set, and the cores are then removed by the use of a lever m, Fig. 4. The recesses are then covered by plates o and the remainder of the concrete superposed.
