Hasp fastenings; hook fastenings. - A pivoted loop member 1 pivotally mounted on the window is adapted to engage a hook 8 on the frame, the handle 3 pivotally connected to the loop 1 being formed with a groove 9 in the part 5 whereby, when the handle is turned down, it slidably engages the side of the hook and exerts a tightening action on the window.
