Cylinders receiving liquid fuel. -In internalcombustion engines provided with a number of fuel-injection nozzles a arranged at one end of the cylinder, the fuel supply from the pump is controlled by a common valve f. The valve is connected by pipes g to a distributing chamber e connected to the nozzles by pipes d. The valve f comprises a plate which is pressed against its seat by a column of spring discs and is adapted to open in the direction opposite to that of the flow of the fuel.
