Converting pulsating currents into steady continuous currents. - In a system for supplying, from a source S of variable voltage, steady anode voltages for the operation of a thermionic-valve power amplifier, in order to provide different voltages for the anodes of different valves VI, V2 choke coils 1, 2 shunted by condensers 4, 5 are connected in series across the source. A resistance 3 is connected in series with the coils.
