Endless-track vehicles.-An endless track for use with single tyres on the two rear driving wheels on each side of a six-wheeled vehicle comprises links 8 arranged at each side of the track, jointed together and to tread shoes 1 by pivot pins 9 each of which connects the adjacent ends of two links to a shoe, each shoe being formed on its outer side with an effective ground-engaging surface and on its inner side with surfaces adapted to engage the tread and the side walls of the types 2 of the vehicle wheels. In the construction shown each shoe is formed with one or more ground-engaging ribs 3, with two ribs 4 engaging the tyre tread and with side horns 5 engaging the walls of the tyre. The pivot pins 9 of the links are either in the same plane as the tread-engaging surface of the shoe, as shown, or they may be arranged nearer toward the inner side of the shoe by a distance not exceeding <1>/40th of the diameter of the tyre. The dimension X is wider than the tyre with which the shoe is used, the excess being within the limits of 10 per cent to 22 per cent of the width. The ends of the track are adjustably connected together by means of a double link 8<b> having several holes for adjustment.
