299,117. Groves, W. W., (International Motor Co.). Aug. 2, 1927. Cylinders receiving liquid fuel.-Fuel is sprayed from the nozzle j in a hollow conical jet over the edges of the air inlet valve e. In a modification the fuel is sprayed from the other side of the valve in the direction of the air stream.
