Packing granular materials. -In apparatus for drying liquids and obtaining them in powder form the powder is delivered from conveyers 45, 45a, Fig. 9, to a conveyer, 46, on which levelling devices 47, 48 and dividers 50, 52a, 53a, are positioned to provide an equal flow of material to the storage hoppers 51, 52. 53. The latter contain hoppers 60, Fig. 10, having a rotating spout 61, which distributes the material evenly in the bin.
