The air supplied to the pipe a may be either forced or induced by a fan or a steam jet may be disposed in the bell mouth o, in which latter case, the pipe a is formed with an expansion chamber p for thoroughly mixing the air and steam. The pipe a decreases in diameter progressively from the inlet n to the delivery nozzle n.
