Fixed-chamber apparatus. - A machine for filling milk cans or churns with measured quantities of milk of the kind in which a pair of containers 1 are connected up with a milk reservoir through a pipe 2 and control cock 3 arranged so that one container is being filled from the reservoir whilst the other previously filled is discharging into the churn 8 has the milk outlet 6 provided with a swivelling T-piece 7. The tops of the containers which are held down by clamps 13 are provided with overflow pipes 9 which also serve as an inlet whilst the containers are being emptied.
