Abstract

279,285. White, J. C., and Dickinson, H. A. April 27, 1926. Imitation fires.- A detachable unit for use in an imitation fire comprises a lamp 9, a reflector 10, a sheet of glass 13 having an irregular surface, and an opaque screen 12, having perforations of irregular shape and disposition mounted between the lamp and the glass and adapted to be rotated by the hot air rising from the lamp. The screen is rotated by a fan 11 attached to or integral with the screen. The fan blades may be irregularly bent and perforated. Specifications 272,362 and 272,836 are referred to.
