Butter and cheese cutters.-The cutting appaxatus described in the parent case is modified by (1) making the knife 15 movable relatively to the wire and bow-shaped frame, for example by pivoting it at 20 and either spring-mounting or counterweighing the arm 22, and (2) by providing an additional knife 24 for severing the under side of the rind. The latter knife is mounted slidably on the bow-shaped frame and guided by slots 31 on the fixed table.
