Butter cutters. - In a butter-cutting machine in which the butter &c. in a container A is pressed by a movable bottom C against cutting-wires G carried in a horizontal frame F, and is divided horizontally by a cross-cutting wire H, the movable bottom is operated by a screw E and hand-wheel D. A measuring frame L is provided to indicate the depth of the cut.
