Cutting and slicing vegetables. - A vegetable slicer consists of a corrugated knife blade 1 sharpened at its lower edge and held in a U- shaped frame 3 by turning the vertical edges of the blade around the side wires 4. The upper part of the frame 3 is used as a handle. The lower edge of the knife may be made oblique.
