Abstract

265,821. Boult, F., Boult, A., and Boult, E., (trading as Boult Bros.). April 24, 1926. Trousers.-Boy's knickers are made without the usual front opening or slit, a front drop flap being provided in lieu thereof. The side seams are left open from the waist to a point 2 approximately or slightly more than one-third of the length of the knickers, the flap being provided with buttonholes 3 at the top corner to engage buttons 4 on the garment. The buttons may be attached to vertical strips 5 which are extensions of the upper part of the garment beyond the side seams. The front flap has a piece of hygienic material 6 attached to it which material is also sewn to the lining or flap at 7 to form side pockets which together with or in place of lining afford protection to the wearer.
