Couplings for tractors.-A two wheeled trailer or agricultural implement is coupled to a tractor at a point between the axles of the tractor, the bifurcated front ends of the coupling bar straddling the rear end of the tractor. The tractor carries brackets 29 supporting guides 19 in which sliding blocks 19<a> are mounted. The bifurcated front ends of the coupling bar 31 are connected to the slide blocks, the rear end of the coupling bar being connected by a pivotal coupling 37 to the towed agricultural implement 33. The slide blocks can be raised in their guides to raise the plough by hydraulic means 1 controlled by a handle 15 or by other suitable means. The plough may be connected to the coupling bar by a pivotal joint 35, Fig. 10, provided with a locking bar 40 which can be moved downwards to engage grooves 41, 42 in the eye-link of the plough and the yoke 37 of the coupling bar so that relative movement between the parts is prevented.
