Abstract
561,450. Couplings for tractors. LE TOURNEAU, Inc., R. G. Feb. 2, 1943, No. 1738. Convention date, March 16, 1942. [Class 103 (v)] A tractor hitch, shown as applied for use between a wheel-supported trailing implement and a two-wheel tractor, and both of which are supported by wheels adjacent their rear ends and tend to tilt downwards at their rear ends, comprises a draft element, having a vertical post 1 from which projects a horizontal spindle 2 mounted in a bearing sleeve 3 fixed to the rear of the tractor, and a draft member 13 rotatably mounted on the post 1 and having a wish-bone yoke 21 for connecting it at transversely spaced points to the trailing element. A tilt-control means 23 is provided as shown.
