Abstract

253,467. Spital, F. B. March 11, 1926. Composition fuel.-Firelighters are composed of a mixture of tar, crude naphthalene salts, peat, sawdust or wood chips, and coke dust. The tar is brought to boiling point and the other ingredients are added and thoroughly mixed, the hot mixture being pressed into blocks. The ingredients are mixed in the proportions by weight of 8, 21, 15, 6 respectively.
