[Class 55 (ii)] Wood coke is obtained from coking a briquetted mixture of pulverized charcoal with a binder such as pitch or tar. The charcoal may be obtained from waste or powdered wood, vegetable matter or lignine ; the pitch or tar from the distillation of wood, coal, lignite, shale or petroleum or from the carbonization of the material yielding the charcoal to be used in the mixture.
