Mud - guards rotating with wheels. - To protect a sidesplash guard of the kind described in the parent Specification against damage by kerbs, a metal ring A is secured to the disc B, on which the guard E is carried, by countersunk bolts H. The disc B is secured to the wheel hub S, or to the hub cap, by the bolts U employed for attaching the hub cap to the wheel.
