193,667. Wormleighton, H. Feb. 17, 1922. No Patent granted (Sealing fee not paid). Mud-guards rotating with wheels. - A mug-guard comprises an annular brush 10 fitted to a metal holder 9 formed with lugs 11 secured by swing bolts 8 and wing nuts. The swing bolts 8 are pivoted on a rim 6 attached to spokes 3 by bolts 5. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 122,056.
