180,952. Turner, J. H. Sept. 10, 1921. Mud-guards rotating with wheels.-A mud-guard consists of segments A, held by their stems, passing through rings B, B and pressed outwardly by springs F acting between the inner ring B and collars D on the stems. The rings B, B are held between grooves in side plates H, H. The inner side plate H has bayonet-slots engaging studs on the wheel rim, and is secured by thumb-screws on the studs.
