Mvd-guards rotating with wheels.- A wheel having a tyre d formed on a metal base c mounted on the rim b, is provided with a mud-guard formed by a segmental ring e of rubber or the like attached directly to the band c. The rubber ring e is secured by a metal ring f and screws g. The rim j of the wheel projects to beyond the protecting ring f.
