Abstract

234,337. Sheils, H. Sept. 24, 1924. Tyre attachments to rims. - In wheel rims of the kind comprising a detachable, flange 4 secured by transvense bolts 5, the detachable flange is provided centrally of its depth with projections 4a which enter recesses in the side of the felloe. The flange, may be strengthened by stays radiating from a ring adapted to fit over the hub. Detachable dust caps 6 may be provided to protect the bolt heads.
