Frying-ranges; cutlets to chimn eys.-The pan 6 of a frying-range 1 or the like is heated by a gas burner mounted in a chamber 5, which is open at the bottom and communicates through an opening 3 with a smoke-box 2, the outlet 8 of which is controlled by a damper 7.
