Warp tension, regulating. - The feeler-lever a<1>, a<2> for operating the warptension regulating means is pivoted at a on a lever e, which is intermittently oscillated about its pivot e<1>. A rod c connects one end a<2> of the feeler lever to a lease-rod c<1> or the like over which the warp passes, and the rod b connects the end a<1> to the regulating means. The lever a<1>, a<2> is balanced for normal tension by springs d or weights, or by both, and the weighing action imparted thereto by the lever e detects any variation in the tension. At the beat-up, the rod b is clamped between the members g, f ; or any other part of the feeler or regulating mechanism may be so clamped. Specification 229,716 is referred to.
