Abstract

232,532. Razen, Schaefer, et Cie. May, 17, 1924, [Convention date]. Atmospheric gas burners. - In a burner for furnaces, boilers, &c., gas is supplied through a chamber 1 to annular nozzles formed between concentric tubes 5, 6 and air through a chamber 3 and the tubes 5 to the centre, and through a chamber 10 to the periphery of each nozzle, the air supplies being regulated independently by hit-and-miss valves 4, 8. The burner is provided with a member 7 having openings corresponding to the tubes 5, 6 and leading to the combustion space.
