226,069. Vidal, A. E., (Selas Akt.-Ges.). Feb. 23, 1924. Atmospheric gas burners.-The burner oomprises a chamber 5, having a gas or gaseous mixture inlet 6 and communicating through outlets 4 arranged in a circle in the end wall 12 of a member 1 with a mixing-chamber 7, having airinlets 9, a preferably conical-ended closed body 10 being screwed on a block 14, secured to the wall 12, so as to fill in the space surrounded by the jets issuing from the outlets 4. The body 10 preferably forms with the wall of the mixing- chamber, or with a bushing 11, secured in position by a screw 13, an outwardly flaring annular passage.
