Wind - propelled toys.-In a moving- figure mascot for motor-vehicles, of the kind in which a propeller causes oscillation of a member by means of gearing and an eccentric throw shaft or link motion, the head is caused to turn from side to side. The propeller c<1> drives a crank h<2> which rocks an arm k pivoted at its lower end and engaging the bent end l of a rod l<1> carrying the head.
