Abstract

Wind-propelled toys. - A mascot is pivoted in such a manner that it will swing from a vertical to an horizontal position due to the movement of the vehicle through the air. The figure A is rigid with a cranked bar C pivoted at its ends in fixed supports E. In a modification, the mascot is suspended by chains or links from the supports. The swing- ing mascot may be assisted by springs or other mechanical means.
