Abstract

332,610. Mavor & Coulson, Ltd., and Mavor, J. B. April 24, 1929. Jigging conveyers.-The driving mechanism for jigging conveyers described in Specification 282,993 is modified by (1) disposing the shaft 8 of the rotary crank B at one side of the casing, and (2) forming the shaft D of the rocking arm E with cylindrical parts 14, 16 and conical parts 13, 15 in order that it may be reversed and the rocking arm E applied at either side of the casing. The crank pin 9 is formed on the face of a toothed gear 7 integral with the shaft 8. The connecting rod 10 is of undivided eye form at each end.
