Abstract
375,901. Jigging conveyers. WALTER, R. A., 299, Broadway, New York, U.S.A. April 10, 1931, No. 10594. [Class 78 (i).] The driving mechanism includes a pair of gears 54 provided on their upper horizontal faces with wrist pins 56 which engage slots in a bar 58. The gears 54 are driven by worm gears 53 on a driving shaft 52, and the bar 58 is pivotally connected by a pin 59 to an arm 60 secured to a shaft 61. Another arm 65 on the shaft 61 is connected to the conveying trough. The conveying action may be varied by altering the relative position of the pins 56.
