Abstract

191,822. Head, Wrightson, &. Co., Ltd., Benson, R. S., and Clark, H. Oct, 17, 1921. Jigging conveyers.-Two parallel jigging conveyers M, M<1> are driven by two eccentrics K, K<1>, or cranks, set at an angle of one hundred and eighty degrees to each other and fixed on two countershafts J, J<1> placed one behind the other, Fig. 1, or on two countershafts placed in direct line with each other, or on a single countershaft. Cranks H, H<1> on the countershafts J, J<1> are connected by links G, G' to cranks F, F' on driving shafts A, A'. When the countershafts are in line thev are driven in a similar manner from a single driving shaft placed between them. When a single countershaft is used, it is driven by a single crank on a driving shaft.
