Abstract

223,182. Moss, A. H. July 29, 1924. Induction pipes, fittings for.-In an extra air-valve device of the kind provided with a recess 4 surrounding the induction pipe, the air is admitted from the recess to the induetion passage through the coils of an annular spring 10. The air is admitted by a Bowden or suction - actuated valve and is deflected into the recess or the interior of the spring by a plate 13. A primary tap as described in Specification 221,157 may be provided.
