The conical inner end of the sleeve r closes the aperture g and the outer reduced end is formed with a flange p which closes the aperture m. The members a, h are secured together by bending the edge of a flange k on the member h over a flange g on the member a. The member a is provided with one or more annular strengthening grooves f.
