Abstract

220,362. Kuyser, J. A., and Metropolitan-Vickers Electrical Co., Ltd. May 11, 1923. Cores. - To reduce energy losses due to stray fields in the stator cores of dynamo-electric generators, endplates 1 with fingers 2 integral therewith for toothed stator cores are constructed of non- magnetic material having a conductivity higher than 40 per cent of Mathieson's standard conductivity for copper. The fingers which extend between. the winding slots 3 may be bridged at their inner ends by an integral continuous ring 4 of the same material.
