Multiple-filament lamps. -In a screw-capped lamp provided with a number of filaments 2, 3, 4, one end of each is connected to the metal part 10, and the other ends are connected to separate metal contacts 6, 7, 8 embedded in the insulating material of the cap, and with their free ends projecting towards the centre, so that by screwing the lamp in or out, any number of the filaments may be caused to light up.
