Abstract

295,471. Kirk, A. June 16, 1927. Holders. - The body 1 is formed as a single piece of thimble shape into which the terminal block 9 is drawn by the supply leads 5, and a groove 2 is formed in the outer surface to receive a resilient ring 3 by which the shade 8 is supported, the diameter of the body above the groove 2 being such that the shade can be raised to facilitate manipulation of the ring 3. An internal shoulder 7 locates the terminal block, and an insulating fillet 12 between the terminals is provided with perforations and notches through which the leads 5 are threaded to provide a cordgrip.
